Reward Points help you progress through VIP Tiers. Open the VIP area in the game to see your current tier and its benefits.
Learn how joining, sign-in, checkout, and inbox delivery fit together. The guide below covers the process before you open the shop.
Understand your progress
The blue chips are Reward Points, which contribute to VIP Tier progress. EXP contributes to your game level and unlocking more slot games. Check these two measures separately when reviewing your progress.
Use the VIP control in the lobby to view your tier information. Look for your current tier and the benefits associated with it.
Review the Reward Points information shown for further progress. Use the current in-game display for the requirements and benefits that apply, instead of a fixed tier chart copied from an older promotion.
A VIP-related offer can have its own eligibility and timing. Your tier information explains progress; it does not mean that every shop or promotional offer applies to your account.
Know your resources
Keep track of what each resource does in Club Vegas.

Virtual Coins used to play slots. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
The blue chips that contribute to your VIP Tier progress.
Experience earned by playing available slots. It contributes to your game level.
An in-game resource used for selected features, including unlocking slots.
Used for eligible purchases in Club Vegas. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside the game.
Your shop guide
The VIP Club Shop is the web store. Read the process here before opening its sign-in page.
Find VIP Club registration in your profile, game settings, or a Join VIP Club prompt. Follow the connection options shown there.
If you already joined VIP Club in the game, use that login for the shop. A social Club membership and a VIP Tier are separate concepts.
Read the offer and checkout details. AppCharge handles VIP Club Shop transactions; other purchase channels have their own processes.
After a completed shop payment, look for the items in your game inbox. If they are missing, close and reopen Club Vegas, then request support if needed.
A separate purchase resource
Vegas Bucks can be used for eligible Club Vegas purchases. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside the game.
Look for Buck Balance in your Stash or the balance shown in the Store. This is a separate resource from the Coins used for slot play.
Confirm that you are connected to the intended game account. The Bucks FAQ describes buying one package at a time and using either Bucks or real money for an entire purchase, rather than combining them.
The Bucks FAQ describes collection through an email link, after which Bucks are added to the balance. Follow the instructions supplied with your own purchase and check its status in the game.
Identify the purchase channel, check the order and your inbox, then work through the appropriate delivery steps. Our support guide explains the difference between VIP Club Shop delivery and purchases through another store.
Social Clubs live in the game. Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are external community channels. Read what each is for and find the official profiles in our community directory.

The social side
How social Clubs work in Club Vegas.
Social Clubs are part of the game’s player community. They sit alongside chat, friends, and in-game events, giving you ways to connect while you explore the slots.
Explore the Club area in the game
Review the Club information and participation options shown to your account. Read any membership conditions or activity instructions before choosing an action; this guide does not assume that every feature is open at every level.
Read the current activity details
For a Club or event activity, check what it asks you to do and how its progress is described. Participation, eligibility, and reward conditions belong to the specific activity, rather than a universal schedule for every Club.
Keep community and shopping separate
A social Club connects players inside the game. VIP Tier progress is tracked through Reward Points, while the VIP Club Shop is a shopping destination. Joining or viewing one should not be treated as automatically enrolling you in the others.
